It is very important to plan a stamping die map. The good or bad planning directly affects the production and cost of stamping dies. So what should be paid attention to when making stamping die parts drawings? The stamping parts processing factory will show you:
1. The stamping die view needs to be correct and sufficient; the selected view should fully and accurately represent the internal and external structural shape and size of the part, and the number of views should be the least.
2. The graphics of the stamping die must be well-made; the part drawing is to reflect the structure of the part, and an illustration should be provided for the processing of the part. Non-standard parts or parts that still need further processing although they are standard parts need to make part drawings. Although some parts are standard parts, they still need to process leakage holes, screw holes and pin holes on them.
3. The view of the stamping die part drawing should be arranged correctly; in order to ensure the correct part drawing, it is recommended to draw the part drawing according to the installation orientation, and draw the part drawing for the shaft parts according to the processing orientation. The front view of the part on the installation drawing reflects the structure in the thickness direction, and the top view shows the structure in the original plane.
4. The marked scale of the stamping die must be correct. All matching scales and those with high precision requirements should be marked with tolerances. The scale that needs to be processed during the installation process should be marked on the installation drawing. If it must be marked on the stamping die part drawing, it should be marked next to the relevant scale. When a certain margin is required for installation, the compensation amount of the installation chain and the required matching dimensions, tolerances and surface roughness after installation can be marked on the part drawing.
5. Stamping dies should be indicated in the skill conditions if they are inconvenient to be represented by symbols or in the drawings, but the conditions and requirements that must be met during production, and the content varies with different parts, different requirements and different processing methods.
