Can you build your own tooling?

Yes, we have our in-house toolroom, We have very experienced mold designers. They understand the products well in different fields, like production process, structure, function, and application.


What is the thinnest material you work with?

Typically, 0.05mm. Depending on the material and the nature of the part design, there may be instances where we would work with thinner material.


How your company inspect the stamping parts?

We have different kinds of instruments to make different tests. To use precision 2.5 dimension image inspection instruments to check the parts dimensions. To use the Vickers or Rockwell Hardness Testers to check the material hardness. And to use Salt Spray Tester or the Coating thickness gauge to check the surface finish. And to use High Pressure Accelerated Aging Testing Machine to accelerate life test of mechanical parts.


What types of material do you work with.

We'll use any alloy specified by the customer, primarily but not limited to: copper and brass, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel.


What certification does the we have?

ISO/TS 16949: 2009 and ISO14001, High-Tech Enterprise are certified to meet rigid customer demands.
