Good News: First Batch of Products for ASENSING (Guangzhou) & Honeywell Mould Projects Successfully Delivered and Certified

Recently, the first batch of products manufactured by our company for the joint mould projects of Guangzhou ASENSING and Honeywell has been officially delivered and passed joint certification by both clients in one go. All indicators including precision, reliability and appearance fully comply with automotive-grade and international high-end manufacturing standards, laying a solid foundation for in-depth cooperation in the future.

This project caters to the production demands for high-precision positioning components for intelligent driving from ASENSING and industrial-grade precision parts from Honeywell. The featured products are of complex structure, ultra-high precision requirements and stringent process control standards. Since project kick-off, our team has strictly implemented the IATF 16949 quality management system and adopted full-process closed-loop control covering mould design, material selection, precision forming and quality inspection, which guarantees excellent stability and consistency of delivered products.
