Guangzhou Sanco Connection Technology Co., Ltd. (Sanco Connector, Stock Code: 874986) and ORIENSON officially signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement at Sanco’s headquarters in Guangzhou. Leveraging their respective strengths in complete high-voltage connector systems and precision stamping core hardware components, the two parties will jointly conduct R&D, mass production and global market expansion across new energy vehicles, energy storage and industrial interconnection sectors to build an integrated domestic industrial ecosystem for high-voltage power connection solutions.

Sanco Connection Technology, a national-level "Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative" enterprise and National Green Factory, has over a decade of experience in vehicle-mounted high-voltage connectors, high-current quick plugs for energy storage and integrated busbars. It operates a fully integrated production chain covering mold development, injection molding, electroplating and automated assembly across four manufacturing bases spanning 150,000 square meters. Its PTB vehicle high-voltage series and ES energy storage connector series are widely supplied to mainstream vehicle manufacturers and large-scale energy storage power stations. Equipped with a full set of product verification laboratories and mass production capacity of millions of units per year, Sanco ranks among the leading domestic suppliers of high-voltage connection products in South China.

Founded in 2000, Orienson boasts 26 years of experience in precision stamping and progressive die development, and has obtained IATF16949 automotive quality system certification. The company specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of connector crown springs, conductive terminals, elastic contacts and high-current shrapnels. It has long served global top connector manufacturers including TE Connectivity and Amphenol. Its products feature high precision, stable electrical conductivity and outstanding wear resistance that fully meet stringent operating requirements of vehicle high-voltage systems, with robust capabilities in customized rapid mold development and stable mass delivery. Orienson acts as a premium upstream supplier of core precision hardware for high-voltage connectors.

Built on years of sample testing cooperation and mutual technical trust, the three core cooperation directions confirmed after the signing are as follows:

1. Joint R&D of New-Generation High-Voltage Contact Components

The two sides will build a joint laboratory to upgrade Sanco’s PTB vehicle high-voltage and ES energy storage quick plug product lines. Orienson will develop lightweight, low-resistance, vibration-resistant multi-piece crown springs and high-current conductive terminals to resolve core pain points including temperature rise and conductivity attenuation after long-term plugging/unplugging of high-voltage connectors. The partnership will also advance the domestic development of hardware components for 800V high-voltage platforms and liquid-cooled energy storage connectors, cutting new product verification cycles by over 30%.

2. Stable Full-Chain Supporting to Boost Scale Production & Cost Efficiency

Orienson will serve as the strategic exclusive supplier of core hardware parts for Sanco’s high-voltage connectors, with dedicated automated production lines deployed to match the capacity demand of Sanco’s four major manufacturing bases. Full-category simultaneous delivery of terminals, crown springs and shielding shrapnels will be realized. Supported by digital factory management systems of both enterprises, order, production and quality inspection data will be interconnected to enable full lifecycle traceability of components, significantly shortening delivery lead times, controlling supply chain costs and enhancing the cost-performance competitiveness of domestic high-voltage connectors.

3. Mutual Sharing of Market Resources to Expand Domestic & Overseas Business

Drawing on its established client channels with complete vehicle manufacturers and energy storage system integrators, Sanco will help Orienson penetrate supply chains of leading domestic new energy enterprises for high-voltage hardware components. Relying on its decades-long cooperation experience with international top connector brands, Orienson will assist Sanco in completing overseas component certifications and exploring markets for energy storage and commercial vehicle connectors in Europe and North America, forming a mutually empowering industrial layout featuring upstream precision hardware and downstream finished high-voltage connectors.
