Orienson Adds Advanced Equipment to Fully Upgrade Production Quality and Efficiency
Recently, Orienson announced exciting news: to further improve production efficiency and optimize product quality, the company has newly added 3 stamping presses and multiple sets of automated equipment, injecting strong new momentum into its high-quality development.
Among the newly procured Komatsu stamping presses, there are 2 units of 80-ton models and 1 unit of 45-ton model, which can meet the stamping processing needs of hardware products of various specifications. As a world-renowned stamping equipment brand with a long history, Komatsu holds an important position in the stamping equipment sector by virtue of its outstanding technological strength and widespread market recognition. Its presses integrate a number of advanced technologies: for example, the plunger-guided slide technology can extend the mold lifespan by at least 30%; the servo die cushion equipped on the servo presses leverages the high-speed response performance of servo motors to achieve better forming results and shorter commissioning time. In addition, the presses are equipped with advanced functions such as the Press Line Simulator (PLS), which can perform mold interference checks and generate optimal motion trajectories. Adhering to quality as the core, Komatsu stamping presses adopt high-quality components such as thickened steel plates, high-rigidity frame structures, and precision helical gears, combined with advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring the equipment possesses high precision, high rigidity, and high stability. It maintains reliable performance during long-term operation with a significantly reduced failure rate.
The new equipment has achieved substantial improvements in precision control and operational stability, enabling it to accurately complete complex stamping processes, effectively reduce product processing errors, and ensure consistent product quality. Meanwhile, the equipment is easy to operate and is paired with an intelligent control system that can monitor production parameters in real time, facilitating timely adjustments by staff and lowering the incidence of production failures.
In addition to stamping presses, the company has also added equipment such as CCD automatic inspection and packaging all-in-one machines. The introduction of automated equipment has greatly reduced manual operation procedures, not only cutting labor costs and labor intensity, but also achieving a significant improvement in production efficiency.
A relevant person in charge of Orienson stated that this equipment upgrade is an important decision made by the company based on market demand and its own development strategy. Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce competition in the hardware industry and continuously rising requirements for product quality and production efficiency, the company aims to enhance its core competitiveness and better meet the diverse needs of customers by introducing advanced equipment. Looking ahead, Orienson will continue to keep an eye on the development trends of industry technologies, increase investment in equipment upgrading and technological R&D, promote the enterprise's transformation towards intelligent and efficient production, and contribute to the development of Dongguan's hardware industry.
